I’m an unreliable and sporadically inspired blogger and ‘trailing spouse’ I live with my husband Chris and our five children in Kathmandu, Nepal. He teaches, they study, and I wonder what to do with myself.
Four years ago our about page said this:
“Many would say we couldn’t or shouldn’t go traveling. Seriously, who takes five kids and a wheelchair backpacking across Asia? Its true we have more challenges than some others. But, in true Australian style we thought we’d give it a whirl.
This blog is the story of us Going Anyway.”

Well, we went, we adored, and we have now been ‘home’ longer that our 12 months away
And what next?
We are enjoying living semi-nomadically in Australia in our big old bus. And planning our next move.
Honestly, you now know about as much as we do…
We’d love you to follow us on our adventures by following our blog. You can subscribe by entering your email address up in the top right corner of this page or click here GoingAnyway, for our RSS feed, if you know what that means.
